Luxurious Self-Catering Accommodation | Robertson & Stilbaai

Hook Shot Lodge and Hook Shot Manor offer luxurious self- catering accommodation in the Silwerstrand Golf and River Estate , within 1.8 km from Robertson. Ice Cream Days is a modern, minimalistic home, with spectacular opulence and ultimate finishes, situated in Stilbaai, on the western side, walking distance from the harbor, sea and river.

Low Season : Per person per night:
6 January – 16 April & 22 April – 9 December

1 – 2 Persons sharing R2500 per night 1 Suite
3 – 4 Persons sharing R3000 per night 2 Suites
5 – 6 Persons sharing R3600 per night 3 Suites
7 – 8 Persons sharing R4000 per night 4 Suites
( Non- sharing guests will be charged additionally)

High Season : Per night for unit/ house (2025)
18 – 22 April : Easter
10 December – 5 January

R6500 per night

Children as per Low season:

0 – 2 Years sleeping with parents in same suite, bed or crib : Free
3 – 7 Years sleeping in bed using another suite – R550 pppn
8 Years and older – full rate

Stays:

Minimum stay of 2 nights during Low Season
Long weekends , with public holidays on Fridays or Mondays like Easter three nights
High Season : Minimum of 20 nights

Terms and conditions:

Deposit : 50 % confirms booking
Balance : Due 1 week prior to arrival
No smoking / vaping in our home
No pets
No more guests than booked at ice cream days
House rules : Apply to all guests staying at ice cream days
Check in : From 14H00 – 18H00
Check out : By 10H00
Keys : Checked in by host or co-host
Cleaning fees : No cleaning fees are charged, guests are to leave house and kitchen as received on departure
Property and content damage : Guests will be held responsible to pay for property and content damage
Guests booked : Have access to entire house, as for suites , only the suites booked or paid for per quotation

Cancellation Policy:

A booking is a legally binding agreement
On cancelling after booking was confirmed the cancellation policy applies
We will do our utmost to secure another reservation for the period cancelled
Cancellation fee of R850 for bank charges and commissions
Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival forfeit full deposit
If a new reservation is secured for period cancelled, we will refund a guest less R850 administrative fee, bank charges and commissions

Ons het so lekker gekuier, gerus, en herhinneringe gemaak by Ice Cream Days. Die huis is fantasties uitgelê en toegerus, elke kamer is privaat en die binnehof is goed beskut teen die wind, en ook so smaakvol opgeknap! Ons het lekker om die groot eetkamertafel stories gedeel en speletjies gespeel. En wat ‘n plesier om strand/lagoon toe te kan stap! Ons kom kuier gou weer!
